Customer Service Excellence Awareness Event

The Department of Economic Development has recently approved up to 50% funding for the delivery of the Customer Service Excellence Standard in the Isle of Man.
Today’s customers expect services that are efficient, effective, excellent, equitable and empowering, placing them at the heart of service provision.
This CSE one day awareness event will highlight the importance of driving customer focused change in organisations and show how working with the Customer Service Excellence standard can bring a high level of customer service focused concepts into common practice.
- Guest speaker Mick Lynch (CSE Assessor) covering:
> The assessment process and what is required from organisations
> The 5 criteria involved that make up the standard and the impacts they can have
> The importance of the CSE standard and benefits
- Guest speaker Helen Cowley explaining why CSE is important and outlining how the funding will be provided
- Q&A session and networking
